Yin Yoga is a practice based on the Taoist tradition which aims to target the bodies connective tissue, organs and joints. A yin yoga class may involve fewer postures than it's yang cousins, which are held for longer. This may result in a meditative experience for the practitioner as the Qi is moved around the body along the Muscle Meridien lines.
Our one hour yin practice on Thursday Evenings, is lead by yin certified yoga teacher Amy Weidlich, at Driftwood Living.
