Allow us to bring you and the team a re-energising midday yoga practice suitable for all levels, right to you at the office. We offer vinyasa flow, hatha and yin practices, taught in a caring way that help teams feel expansive in their work life balance. It's terrific for team building and a great way to attract the best talent to your business, by becoming an employer who provides workplace wellness programs. We can offer two styles of yoga class back to back, or create a practice pattern that suits the team and their needs, that visits, flow, restorative and yin styles throughout the month.

Practice in a way that's right for you. We offer many options and love to design short courses or ongoing practices which nourish and refresh. Through a consultative process, we can develop a short courses around theme, focus on one style of yoga or create a weekly pattern of different styles. We offer vinyasa flow, slow flow, hatha, restorative and yin sessions depending on how you feel or how you like to practice. From the comfort of your own home, take the practice solo, with your partner, or invite a couple of friends over, if you have the space. Lotus Bay Yoga works with you to create the perfect yoga space in your home and brings a practice that is in tune with your health background and well being needs.
For small groups of Mums & Bubs we offer the chance discover a gentle heart warming yoga practice designed just for you and/or your friendship group. Experience the flexibility of practicing with Bub by your side and watch the calming influence your practice has on little one. Classes at home are perfect for individual Mums (or parents). They also suit, gathering a small group of Mums from Mothers Group together and allow the grown ups to recharge, while the kids play. Recommended for parents from 4 months postpartum through to toddler and pre-school age.

We love to work with all couples in all contexts, whether you are getting married, just got engaged or just wish to reconnect and share a love of yoga. Tuesday night is date night on the yoga mat! Choose from one of the following short courses - either a 4 week Bhakti Bliss, 5 week Elemental Adventure or 6 week Chakra Journey. It's a wonderful gift for a couple from loved ones, or a terrific way to nourish your relationship as a gift to 'us'.

The finishing touches to the wedding plan are in place and now you just need to take some time to chill out as the big day approaches. The seasonal short courses held either in your own home (or at a space we can suggest) are perfect for Yogi Brides & Yogi Grooms as they prepare mentally and emotionally for this exciting next step. Perfect if 'she's into yoga' but 'he likes the gym'; or 'she likes yoga' and 'she prefers to cycle'; ideal for 'he loves yoga' but 'he loves to swim'. Tuesday nights can be a time for individuals to recharge through a yoga practice designed for this moment in your lives, or for a couple to take this yoga journey together before the big day. So, choose from one of the following short courses - either a 4 week Bhakti Bliss, 5 week Elemental Adventure or 6 week Chakra Journey.
Morning of the Ceremony
